A question we frequently hear from our merchants is “How do I manage users in my dashboard?”
As the account owner, you want to be aware of what’s going on with your buySAFE Guaranteed account. However, you may be too busy to manage every aspect of your account at all times. That is why we have given you a way for others to manage certain areas of your account without giving them access to everything.
To get to the Manage Users area of your Merchant Dashboard, click on the My Account tab at the top after logging in. Then select the Manage Users sub tab.
You have four options for user access: Store Mgmt; Finance; User Mgmt; and Cust Supp. You can select as many, or few, as you’d like.
If you’ve been putting off assigning new users because you didn’t want them to have full access, you can quickly and easily give targeted account permissions to those who need it while controlling what they can see and do in the account.
