We received great feedback on last week’s post about creating and managing users in your buySAFE Guaranteed Merchant Dashboard. This week we’ll talk about Dispute and Thank You emails.
What are Dispute and Thank You emails
Dispute emails notify you when a customer files a dispute with buySAFE Guaranteed regarding an order from your store. Dispute emails are also sent for all buyer and merchant activity related to the dispute.
Thank You emails are an avenue for your buyers to give you feedback. On your order confirmation page overlay there is a “send an email” link they can click to let you know what they thought of you providing them with buySAFE Guaranteed benefits.
When your account was set up we asked you for an email address to send Dispute and Thank You emails. If you need to change who receives these emails, you can do so easily from your buySAFE Guaranteed Merchant Dashboard.
Before you can designate someone to receive account emails he needs to be added as a user. If you haven’t done this before, this article will take you through the steps: Managing Users in Your Merchant Dashboard.
Changing who receives your Dispute and Thank You emails
Once you have the right users added to your account, here is how you assign them to receive Dispute and Thank You emails. If you're not already there, log in to your Merchant Dashboard.
1. Click the My Account tab at the top, then select the Manage Emails sub tab.
2. In the Manage Email Delivery section below those tabs, select the yellow Add New Email Override button.
3. Fill in the fields using the drop down menus. Click save on the right hand side to finish. Leave the Email Subject section blank.
Using options to fit your needs
The customizable options let you tailor this section to work best for your business. One user can receive Dispute or Thank You emails for just one of your stores, or all of them. You can also designate one user to receive only Dispute emails and another user to receive only Thank You emails, again breaking it out by store.
