We have provided a simple, helpful and private dashboard to manage and update your account, including account set-up, billing and buyer metrics.
To access your dashboard, go to buysafe.com and log in to your Merchant Service Center. Your user name is your buySAFE ID and if you have forgotten your password, click on the "forgot your password" link to retrieve your password. Dashboard highlights:
There are 4 main tabs: Home, My Stores, My Account and Billing.
Home: Overview of your account information and active Guaranteed Shopping stores.
My Stores: Did you know you can add additional stores to your account? You can add additional stores here or if you'd like assistance adding additional stores please contact email@example.com. You'll also see an alert here if you have any open disputes which need responding to. You can manage and respond to any disputes by clicking on the (Click here to review) link located towards the top of the page.
My Account: Keep your account contact and billing information up to date here.
Billing: Need a copy of an old invoice? Your current and past billing history is accessible here.
